I started time management coaching because as a teenager I had a difficult time managing my school work and deliverables. It was not until I went to college that I found a better way of organizing my workload by using a student planner which was in a paper format and spiral bound. I used many of the skills that I use today like time blocking, prioritizing, and color coding but didn't realize in the realm of time management there was actually a name for these specific techniques. I continued to use the same techniques throughout my career prior to becoming a coach.

Once you purchase the one on one coaching package, you will be provided with a link for an onboarding phone call. You can schedule this at your convenience. We do have some evening hours if that would be helpful to you. If you do not see the availability that you need, please email Elyse directly at yourremindercoach@gmail.com. The onboarding call will take place for 1 hour. This is the time that you will use to share the items that you would like to work on with the coach. You can discuss during that call how often you would like to meet, but it is up to you to schedule those meetings. The regular weekly meetings last 30 minutes. The private coaching package runs for 3 months. At the end of the three months you can renew but most people find that is all they need to get the foundation of a new and improved time management system.
Coaching calls can take place either over the phone or on a zoom. Coach Elyse prefers over the zoom because the calls are recorded and that way you will have them posted in your file so that you continue to have access after the call.
One On One coaching takes place for a period of three months. If you would like to renew after that point you are welcome to do so, but itiwill not likely be needed
The course is a one time purchase. After you make the purchase it is yours to keep for a lifetime. The Facebook group you will have access to for 3 months along with the monthly calls. After the three months, the calls will end with that particular group but you will continue to have access to the Facebook group to post questions.
